Not able to make it or running late for your appointment?

All bookings are made on an appointment only basis so it’s really important that you’re on time for your treatment.

To ensure full privacy for all clients and to make sure I’m available to welcome you, please don’t arrive more than 10 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment.

If you’re running late for your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. I’ll make every effort to complete your treatment within the allocated time slot but if you’re running more than 10 minutes behind schedule, it’s highly likely there won’t be sufficient time to complete your treatment. If that’s the case, we’ll re-schedule your appointment for the next available and convenient time slot for you.

I understand that cancellations are unavoidable at times. If you do need to cancel, please aim to give me at least 24 hours’ notice so that I can re-allocate your slot to another client. Failure to do so may result in a non-refundable booking fee being applied to any future appointment, which would also have to be paid in advance of your treatment taking place.

Clients who don’t give advance notice of a cancellation and/or fail to attend their scheduled appointment will not be tolerated and no future appointments will be given.

Last-minute appointments

I work on an appointment only basis and advanced booking is always advised to guarantee your treatment.

In the event that an appointment does become available at short notice, I’ll post full details on my Instagram and Facebook pages, so please do check them regularly if you need to book a treatment at the last minute.

Last-minute bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
